Why did we update Converge?
This new, refreshed design allows us to be more responsive to customer requests and implement new features more quickly. It also represents an updated look and includes several features that will add to the overall user experience. Users still still have access to the familiar map and data panel, as well as the same tools to navigate, identify and select assets with ease. They will also continue to have access to the most up-to-date and accurate information available, including documents, reports and analytics regarding your operating assets. What changes have we made?
Simplified Navigation – Access everything you need from a single location on the left navigation panel.
Updated Info Pages – Access all the information about an asset, including attribute information, incidents, documents, elevation profiles and user-created comments in one location.
Expanded Pipeline Editing - Add more attributes than ever before to maintain a complete record of your pipelines.
Relocated Search Panel – Search has moved to the top of the screen so it is readily accessible anywhere in the application.
New Quick Search - Easily navigate to an asset by simply searching by its ID number.
The map screen retains its familiar layout while improving and simplifying navigation by placing everything you need on the left panel.
The Search function is easily accessible at the top of the screen and we have added a Quick Search box to easily find an individual asset.
The updated Asset Info page lets you see all information about an asset at a glance... including any associated documents or incidents.
